She is committed to inspiring and motivating clients and colleagues alike, fostering growth, healing, and empowerment. As a survivor in many respects, Dilena believes strongly in the principle of “knowing better to do better.” She leads Vision of Healing with an open mind, steadfast advocacy, and a focus on balance and wellness in a complex world.

Life can feel overwhelming due to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and other challenges. Instead of avoiding or being consumed by these issues, therapy offers a space to explore feelings, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes. The therapist works collaboratively, especially with teens and young adults in the LGBTQ+ community, using a warm, empathetic, and intersectional approach. Techniques include CBT, DBT, and Relational-Cultural Theory, all tailored to the individual's needs for healing and growth.
